Terms & Conditions
Welcome to R.K Digital Studio & Events, a leading name in wedding photography and event decoration in Jaipur and across India. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions for wedding photography, pre-wedding shoots, event decor, and videography services.
1. Booking & Payments
- A minimum 35% advance payment is required to secure any booking.
- At least 50% of the total package amount must be paid in advance before the event starts. Without this, the booking will not be considered confirmed.
- The remaining balance must be cleared before the delivery of photographs, videos, or albums.
- All advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
2. Cancellation & Additional Programs
If a client cancels the booking, the advance payment will not be refunded.
If any additional event/program (other than those mentioned at the time of booking) is covered, extra charges will apply.
Postponement requests may be considered depending on our availability.
3. Event Coverage & Responsibilities
Clients must provide correct event details, timings, and venue permissions for photography, videography, and event decoration.
We are not responsible for missed moments caused by delays, restrictions, or lack of cooperation from the client or venue.
Only R.K Digital Studio & Events’ own cameras, lights, and equipment will be used. Outside equipment is not allowed.
4. Deliverables & Deadlines
Delivery timelines for edited photos, cinematic wedding films, and albums will be communicated during booking.
Clients must collect their data/CD/DVD/photos/album within 3 months of program completion. After this, the studio will not be responsible for data storage.
Clients must bring their own pen drive or hard disk to collect raw data or edited files.
5. Event Decoration Services
Decoration themes (Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, Wedding, etc.) must be finalized at least 7 days before the event.
Any last-minute changes may involve additional charges.
We are not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, venue restrictions, or third-party vendors.
6. Editing & Album Selection
Clients must personally visit the studio to select photos for their album.
If clients cannot visit, they may request a home visit by our team, which will incur an extra service charge of ₹1100/-.
7. Liability & Accidents
In case of theft, fire, accidents, or natural calamities, R.K Digital Studio & Events will not be held responsible.
While we take utmost care in capturing and delivering your memories, in case of unforeseen technical issues, our liability is limited to refunding the amount received.
8. Usage Rights
We reserve the right to use selected wedding photographs, pre-wedding shoots, and event decoration images for promotional purposes on our website, portfolio, and social media.
Clients can request in writing if they do not wish their content to be used.
9. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes or legal matters will fall under the jurisdiction of Jaipur courts only.

By booking R.K Digital Studio & Events Jaipur for your wedding photography, pre-wedding shoot, cinematic films, or event decoration, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
